Preparation of shipping formalities

The basic information for the preparation of the documentation is the country of destination:

whether it is within or outside the European Union. Our transport department fills in the relevant documents:

to EU countries:
- WDT – a document confirming the export of the goods outside the country in which they were ordered, necessary for the accounting office, from which the corresponding VAT is established,
- CMR – international consignment note,
- delivery note

to countries outside the EU
- invoice
- packing list – a document for customs clearance containing, among others, information on quantity of goods, net and gross weight, terms of delivery,
- preparation for customs clearance – translation of the invoice, information on transport costs,
- CMR
- delivery note

We have our own reliable carrier base. Each vehicle is equipped with a lift. We discuss each shipment individually with the customer.
