Before dispatch, we send you a Pre-Delivery Protocol of the goods
on the basis of which we can accurately price the costs of delivery and installation. In it, we ask you, among other things, about access issues, the location of the parking/parking area in front of the target site, the type of the surface, as well as important aspects of the installation itself: which floor it is supposed to be installed on, whether there is a lift and its load capacity, the width of the doors, the type of flooring in the facility, etc. Years of experience have shown us how many obstacles may arise along the way, and how to deal with them so that the equipment reaches our customers without a single scratch.
You can use our services for transport and/or installation or provide it on your own, but we assure you – after 15 years we know how many things you need to pay attention to. The worst thing that can happen at the end of the purchasing process is to receive goods in a damaged state. We know how to secure it for transport, bring it in and install it correctly. We offer You peace of mind and a guarantee of a successful transaction.
We have our own reliable carrier base. Each vehicle is equipped with a lift. We discuss each shipment individually with the customer.
