Immediately, after the unloading we examine every device under the condition of functionality and completeness. A worker describes the machines accurately and sends them to a warehouse. If the machine is ordered it gets proper reservation label.

The purchased equipment gets the unique order number. Depending on the type it is directed to the proper workshop (strength machines or cardio). Every stage of the process is described on the individual machine card. The district leader rechecks the functionality and completeness, and the assigned worker decomposes it into pieces. The plastic and metal pieces (frames) are: washed, polished and painted.

In the grindery the old layer is removed from all steel parts, frames and plastic pieces. The perfect painting requires thorough prepare. Patience and accuracy is indispensable.

We have our own modern paintshop that may accommodate 12 run mills at once. It definitely shortness and improves the regeneration process. The machines are pained wet, the cars alike. We use underlays, paints and the high quality hardeners. Customise your machines by choosing a proper colour. A wide range selection of hues will astonish our customer.

We own a professional press for bearing replacement, it prevents any unwanted bearing seat damage or the bearing itself. In decomposed into pieces running mills we check the motors – the motor winding state, we replace the old bearings and check the roller state. If it is worn we replace it for a new one. We also replace planks, belts, lines, drive belts, and the used parts are utilized, to protect the environment

The electronics technician carefully checks the solders and contacts, regenerates or replaces the parts with new ones. Repairs are carried out using high-quality electronic components with the best test and measurement equipment

Afterwards the devices is completed, it is given the new serial number. We label them with new emblems and/or informational stickers. It is also possible to choose English or German instruction stickers.

The quality is checked as many as three times:

a) The mechanic tests the machine, adjusts the lines and the belts. After that signs the regeneration card that comes with every machine. Thanks to this we know exactly what happened to the device at every step.

b) The district leader tests the machine again and also signs the card.

c) The quality control worker checks the machines last time and stamps the regeneration card. Only than the machine may go move on to the next step.

The first washing occurs after the machine delivery. The regenerated machine is cleaned with the steam washer with special chemical agents. Finally, we make it perfect with lustering.

The last step is the loading, therefore we assess what could be added apart from the standard safety wrappings to make it reach it destination, flawlessly. In the wrapping area, the most fragile to damage spots are protected with foams and stretch wrap to protect it against any scratches. Wrapped like this the machine awaits a potentially happy customer.
