Created with skiers in mind, it quickly gained “fans” in fitness clubs, gyms and crossfit boxes.

It is ideal for interval training. During the exercises it engages 80% of the body muscles. The functional work of the upper rim and back is coordinated with the gluteal muscles, leg muscles and when raising on your toes the calves work even harder. The correct technique also strengthens the core muscles, being a real test for stabilising muscles. During a single workout you improve your stamina, strength, coordination and stability.

NPG Ski can be used for both bipolar technique and classic technique with alternating arm movement. It can be successfully used by people with movement limitations. The training can be performed standing or sitting.

You can choose between two types of equipment: a free-standing platform with transport wheels and wall mounted unit. Both are easy to install.
