Yes — we prepare 2D and 3D designs including zoning, flooring, reception, etc.
Do you offer equipment customization? +
Yes — frame and upholstery colors, embroidery, shrouds for stack machines.
What product conditions are available at Fitnessclub24? +
- Used — complete equipment with visible signs of use, no warranty.
- New — factory-new units with manufacturer warranty.
- Ex-display — new units after showroom display, under warranty, in very good condition.
- Post-service (light refurbished) — cleaned, tested, repaired. 6-month warranty.
- Fully refurbished — comprehensive overhaul, 12-month warranty, customization available.
Can I see the equipment before buying? +
Yes — visit our warehouse & showroom in Bielsko-Biała. You can view equipment and get advice on site. Please book an appointment in advance.
Can I order equipment with the console menu in English or German? +
Yes — most console-based machines (treadmills, bikes, ellipticals) allow interface language selection. When ordering, specify your preferred version: English or German.
Can I order equipment with my own logo or colors? +
Yes — full branding available: frame colors (RAL palette), upholstery, thread, logo embroidery, graphic branding. Customization is available for refurbished and new equipment — details set individually with your order.
Do you support opening a fitness club? +
Yes — comprehensive consulting: needs analysis, visualization and equipment selection, transport, installation, customization, and staff training.
Do you help match equipment to space or needs? +
Yes — we tailor solutions to your floor area, expected traffic, and purpose (home, corporate, commercial, hotel).
Can I speak with an advisor or meet before purchase? +
Yes — by phone/email or on-site in Bielsko-Biała (by appointment).
Is the equipment available “off the shelf”? +
Some units are in stock (ready to ship); others require refurbishment/refresh/completion. Lead time is set individually per product.
Do you have equipment for functional / cross / HIIT training? +
Yes — functional rigs and accessories, multi-stations, mobile accessories (kettlebells, medicine balls, plyo boxes, ropes), equipment for cross zones. We’ll advise on selection and layout.
Do you offer equipment for home use? +
Yes — non-motorized treadmills, ellipticals, bikes and strength machines; accessories (dumbbells, benches, mats); compact sets for small spaces. We’ll match to area, goals and budget.
Do you offer equipment adapted for people with disabilities? +
Yes — selected cardio/strength models with side access, resistance adjustment while seated, etc. Book an individual consultation.
Service & Parts
Where can I report a fault? +
Via the online form: https://www.fitnessclub24.pl/formularz-serwisowy. Fill in your contact details, describe the issue and provide the model — our service team will contact you.
Do you offer spare parts and accessories? +
Yes — a wide range of original and replacement parts plus training accessories. You can purchase parts only.
Can I sell you used equipment? +
Yes — we buy fitness equipment from gyms, clubs, hotels and private facilities. Valuation, pickup and smooth settlement.
Do you provide post-warranty service? +
Yes — inspections, repairs and paid service. One-off service or individual service agreements.
Do you provide training after installation? +
Yes — short operation & maintenance trainings for staff in commercial facilities.
Do you offer periodic maintenance for fitness equipment? +
Yes — periodic and cyclical check-ups: technical condition, maintenance & cleaning, wear verification, service report. One-off inspections (e.g., at club opening or before season), recurring contracts (e.g., every 3 or 6 months) and priority packages. Regardless of place of purchase.
Do you repair electronic components (inverter, console, incline motor)? +
Yes — we undertake repairs of most component models.
Cardio software upgrades? +
Yes — we supply new software and instructions.
Weight-stack stickers / machine instruction decals? +
Yes — a wide range of instructional decals with customization options.
Disassembly/assembly, carrying in/out and transport? +
Yes — experienced technical & logistics team, our own transport and required tools.
Payments & Warranties
What payment methods do you accept? +
Bank transfer, card, cash. We handle: PLN, EUR, USD.
Do you offer leasing or rental? +
Yes — we cooperate with: Grenke, ABC Finance, Praxis, EFL.
Can I get documentation for leasing or insurance? +
Yes — we prepare value certificates, technical specs, payment confirmations, etc.
Is the equipment covered by warranty? +
Yes — from 6 to 24 months, with extension options.
Is a deposit required? +
Yes — typically 30–50%, depending on order value.
Do you issue VAT invoices? +
Yes — invoices in PLN, EUR or USD.
Can I get a quotation before purchase? +
Yes — individualized offers and quotations (PDF) based on your inquiry.
When do I not pay VAT for purchases within the EU? +
Company with an active EU-VAT number: Intra-EU supply, 0% VAT invoice, tax settled in the destination country, number verified in VIES, goods must leave Poland. Private individual: VAT is added; 0% does not apply; the rate depends on the place of delivery.
Shipping & Fulfillment
How much does shipping cost? +
Quoted individually: number/type of units, location (postal code), add-on services (carrying in, installation). By default, delivery is to the first architectural barrier (threshold/stairs/elevator). Carry-in and installation — paid.
Do you carry in and set up equipment in the room? +
Yes — paid and quoted individually; can be ordered with transport or separately. We’ll need site details (floor, elevator, door width).
Do you ship internationally? +
Yes — we deliver worldwide, within the EU and outside Europe.
How is the equipment packed for transport? +
Stretch and/or bubble wrap; sensitive areas — PU foam; large/heavy items — on pallets; extra reinforcement/crates if needed.
What is the order lead time? +
In-stock items: 2–10 business days. Refurbished equipment: 2–6 weeks. Full club outfitting: set individually.
Can I reserve equipment for a later delivery date? +
Yes — after offer approval and deposit; longer storage may require a fee (set individually).
Can I arrange my own transport? +
Yes — pickup by an external company/courier/your own transport. Please agree the date, loading method and documents in advance.
