A free weight machine for training shoulder muscles – shoulder press. The exercise consists in pressing the weight over your head:
- Build to withstand heavy-duty commercial use,
- The possibility of performing exercises in many ways – individual movement of one hand, both hands, or alternating arm movement,
- Excellent biomechanics ensures high training comfort and smooth movement during exercise,
- Strong stable construction made of solid profiles 80 x 40 x 3 mm,
- Long built-in stainless steel plate holders, you can store free weights on them, so you do not need to invest in an additional rack, save space and money,
- Extra durable rubber handles,
- Powder-coated frame, resistant to corrosion and scratches,
- High-quality padding with tear-resistant stitching double reinforced on each edge of the upholstered element,
- Comfortable and easy adjustment (seats, backrests) and non-slip footrests for a stable and suitable training position,
- Possibility to bolt the machine to the floor.
