In circuit training, we perform one exercise after another, with or without breaks between them.
In one circuit there may be from several to over a dozen exercises. Depending on the nature of the workout we may assume a certain number of repetitions in a series or the time of work. Circuit training is a great tool to improve fitness, get rid of body fat, provides training for the whole body. It is recommended for people at every level. It is ideal for young people, seniors, beginners, as well as advanced users returning to training after a long break. A properly performed workout brings quite fast results.
