Description

Multi-station gate for cross-training.

Training types available with the NPG C1 multifunctional gate:

• circuit: Many users can do different exercises simultaneously, allows to run  a regular class or do a multi-training,
• for personal training: gives you countless exercise options,
• OCR: successfully prepares you for face any challengepresent on OCR-type runs: monkey bar, climbing rope, adjustable pull-up bars, vertical ladder,
• boxing: …not only thanks to the suspended bag, but there are also lifts, ropes, pull-up bars,
• strength training: replaces several machines to relieve traffic at peak times,
• crosstraining: it is possible to do elements from workouts dedicated to crossfit athletes,
• stretching: the gate has a ladder, and it is also possible to train hangs or a dynamic form of stretching.
