Upright and recumbent bikes
Upright or recumbent bike? Check the pros, cons and buy both.
In an upright bike, the pedals are located in the saddle. This arrangement is especially recommended for people with cardiological problems. Exercise increases efficiency, strengthens the buttocks and thighs muscles. The position is not recommended for people with diseases or defects of the spine. A recumbent bike is the opposite of an upright one - the pedal line is at the height of the handlebar and the exerciser can relieve the spine thanks to the profiled backrest. The bike is also suitable for obese people.
